Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and who may use the Application
These terms govern your use of KM Construction ERPv2 (the “Application”) at apperp.teleinfokh.com, an internal business system operated by KM Construction (“KM Construction”, “we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Application you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application is for authorised users only: KM Construction employees and representatives whose Google account has been added by an administrator. It is not available to the general public.
2. Accounts and roles
- You sign in with your own Google account. Do not share your account or let anyone else use your session.
- An administrator assigns each user one or more roles (for example administrator or finance roles). Your role decides what you can view and change. You may use only the access your role provides.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- We may deactivate an account when the person leaves KM Construction or no longer needs access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- enter false, misleading or unauthorised information, or alter records to hide an error or misconduct;
- try to access data, modules or accounts you are not authorised to use, or bypass the sign-in, role or period-locking controls;
- copy, export or disclose KM Construction’s business, customer, supplier or financial data except for legitimate work purposes;
- probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Application or the Google services it runs on, or introduce malicious code;
- use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
4. Business data and reports
KM Construction owns the business records held in the Application. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. Reports, dashboards and printed documents (including financial analysis, profit and margin figures and statements) are management tools generated from the data entered. They are not audited financial statements, tax filings, or professional accounting, tax or legal advice. Check important figures against source documents before relying on them.
Closed accounting periods may be locked. Locked periods can be changed only by an authorised administrator who unlocks them first.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Application available, but it depends on third-party services such as Google, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, add, change or remove features, and may perform maintenance, at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The Application, its design, source code, logos and documentation belong to KM Construction or its licensors and are protected by law. Using the Application gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for KM Construction’s business while you are an authorised user. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it. Third-party libraries used by the Application remain subject to their own licences.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if your role ends, or if we need to protect the system or the business. You may stop using the Application at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) survive termination.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KM Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Phnom Penh, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Application after a change means you accept the updated terms.
